2. Warranty Period: 07 Days for all products purchased on Maakrupa.com.

3. Warranty will be voided if returned products are abused, mishandled, modified, misused, physically or inflicted damaged by users. We reserve the right to charge a repair fee of 40% of the invoice amount if the warranty expired or is voided.

4. Maakrupa.com offers 07-Day Money Back Guarantee to our customers. If you receive a faulty product(s), you have the right to return the product(s) to us within 07 Days from the dispatched date of your first order for replacement or refund of the product price (shipping fee will not be refunded). 5. When you need to return any items to Maakrupa Enterprises, please email our customer service representatives form within the stated warranty period. Email to: return@maakrupa.com

6. Send the proper Email with product details & u shall get a call from ourside to solve your matter.

7. The receipts, & forms must be attached in the returned package and send us the proper shipping details.

8. Items must be returned within 7 Days after the Email is received.

9. ANY items damaged during transit are not eligible for a refund. If the returned package is lost in transit and it is not insured, sender is responsible for the loss. Insured package with tracking numbers is strongly recommended.

(ii) Shipment methods Individual items are sent via the very reliable service provider (EMS, Blue dart, Speed post, First Flight, Overnight, Professional, & Vichare). It normally takes 4 to 7 business days to arrive at most destinations worldwide, although there are variances which may go up to 2 weeks.

(iii) Shipping insurance Like all major e-commerce companies, we are not responsible for individual items lost in transit.

Bulk orders

For orders with total quantity of over 20 items, we process your orders as a bulk order. Shipping insurance all bulk items are insured.
